Carolyn Margaret Farrish

Carolyn Margaret Farrish of Brantford, Ontario, passed away on October 10, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on July 14, 1948, in Victoria, British Columbia, Carolyn cherished her time with family, friends, and her community. She was predeceased by her parents, Everett Johns and Daphne Johns. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Lance Farrish; her children, Michael Nielsen (Kelly), Jeffery Nielsen (Ruth), and Daniella Balkwill (Brian); her grandchildren, Derek Nielsen (Victoria), Brandon Nielsen, Nathan Nielsen (Arianna), Spencer Nielsen, Winston Nielsen, Julia Balkwill, Abigail Balkwill, and Reese Balkwill; her great-grandchild, Troy Nielsen; and her siblings, David, Elizabeth Dumont (Don), and Jennifer Huras (Bill). Visitation took place on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Toll Funeral Home, located at 55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4. A funeral service followed from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Brantford General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society.
