Bernice Ellen Howes (nee Power) (Berbie)

Bernice Ellen Howes (nee Power) passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 89, at St. Joseph's Lifecare in Brantford. She is survived by her daughters, Christine Stanzlik (David Elliot), Shelley Stanzlik, and Lisa Petersen (Rod), and her grandchildren, Caroline (John), Adam, Olivia, Erin, and Eric. Bernice was also a cherished aunt of Micki Power (Geoff Mullins) and Lee Power (Kirsten Crane). She was predeceased by her husband, Garnet Howes, and her brother, Edward Power, as well as her nephew, Derek Power. Born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Bernice will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and acquaintances. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Toll Funeral Home.
