Arleen Sharyn (née Ross) SWEERS

Arleen Sharyn Sweers (née Ross) passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 82. She was the beloved wife and friend of Art Sweers (2014). Arleen will be missed by her sisters-in-law, Mabel Tennant and Shirley Sweers. She will be remembered by her nine nieces and nephews and her four godchildren. She is survived by many cousins across Canada. Arleen was predeceased by her parents, John and Pauline Ross. As per her request, there will be no funeral service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford, Ontario. Cremation has taken place. Arleen and Art will be laid to rest together at a future time. If desired, memorial donations to the CNIB would be appreciated.
