Maria Venilde Puga

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Venilde Puga of Brampton, Ontario, who departed this life on September 9, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on October 3, 1943, Maria was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jose Puga, and her siblings, Mariazinha, Manuel, and Jose. She is survived by her children, Richard Puga (Sandy Costa), Helen Da Costa, and Peter Puga (Silvia Puga), along with her cherished grandchildren, Stephanie, Kimberly, Jessica, Eric, Bianca, Vis-Vavo, Miguel, Tiago, Jace, Isaiah, and Marcus. Maria is also survived by her siblings, Helena (Jose Carlos), Jamie (Connie), and Walter (Cidalia). Visitation will take place on September 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel. A Mass will be celebrated on September 16, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church, followed by burial at Brampton Cemetery.
