Kenneth Lloyd GILES

Kenneth Lloyd Giles passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 89, in Runnymede Hospital. He was a well-known and respected journalist for over 50 years. Ken suffered a heart attack and was recovering from C Difficile at the time of his death. He will be remembered for his love of sports, which began in early childhood, and his contributions to the community, including his work as a reporter for several local newspapers and his involvement in the Brampton Sports Hall of Fame. Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home (Brampton Chapel) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, from 11-1 p.m., followed by a service at 1 p.m. and interment at Brampton Cemetery.
