JOHN HUBERT DOYLE

John Hubert Doyle, Hon.LCol. (Retired) CD, passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 94 in Brampton, Ontario. He was the beloved husband of Joyce Estelle (Mancuso) for 67 years. He is cherished by his children, JoAnne, Helene (Dave), and Sean (Ellen), and lovingly remembered as Poppy to Stephanie (Jamie), Ashley (Liam), Jordan (Larissa), Andrew, Madeline, Zachary, Delainy, Bridget, Dylan, Rogan, and Charlotte. He was also a treasured great-grandfather of Nathan, Rory, and Robin. Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, to John Joseph Doyle and Helen Rose Chace, he was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Ann Doyle. A distinguished career in finance with American Can Canada Inc. (Onex Packaging/ Ball Packaging) and dedicated service with The Royal Hamilton Light Infantry (Wentworth Regiment) marked his life. The family extends gratitude to the staff at Grace Manor Brampton and Oakville Memory & Company for their care. A visitation will be held at the Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery on January 4, 2024, from 3-7pm, followed by a Funeral Service at St. John Fisher Church on January 5, 2024, at 11am, with burial at the Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery.
