GORDON PAYNE

Gordon Payne passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 77, in Brampton, ON. Born on January 26, 1949, to the late Mary and Earl, Gord is now reunited with his late wife, Cathy. He is survived by his children, Jan (Peter), Julie (Jose), and Jody (Rob), and his grandchildren, Sam, Alyssa, Jacob, Maddie, Sophia, Killian, Max, Ben, and Abby. Gord was predeceased by his siblings, Mary Lynn (Paul), Margie (the late Frank), Robert, and is survived by his siblings, Margie, Sheila (Ken), Nancy (Gord), Ken (the late Lynda), Doug (the late Gayle) (Kim), and Don (Sue). Family and friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home Brampton Chapel on Wednesday, March 11th, from 2p.m.-4p.m. and 6p.m.-8p.m. The Mass will be held at St. Leonard's Catholic Church on Thursday, March 12th, at 10a.m., with burial to follow at the Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery and a reception afterward.
