Dorothy Boehmer Mulligan

Dorothy Mulligan, born on November 2, 1928, to Emma and Albert Boehmer, passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 94. She was raised with one sister, Beverly, and three brothers, Don, Gordon, and Mel. Dorothy graduated from high school in Ottawa before pursuing a career, earning her insurance license and working for a private insurance brokerage. She attended Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church before moving to Brampton in 1972, where she and her family became involved with St. Jude's Church. Dorothy married her husband on May 14, 1960, and they had two children, Lauren and Colin. She was a loving and dedicated mother who valued her family above all.
