Doreen Olive Anne (nee Dix) HARRINGTON

Doreen Olive Anne Harrington (nee Dix) passed away peacefully in Brampton, Ontario, surrounded by family on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the age of 85. Born on May 13, 1939, in Montreal, Quebec, she will be lovingly remembered by her children Jon Daniel (Karen Anne) and David (Andrea), and grandchildren Nicholas, Scott, and Joelle. Doreen was predeceased by her beloved husband Jon. The Harrington family wishes to thank the many doctors, nurses, and PSW's from the Brampton Civic Hospital Supportive and Palliative Care Clinic who provided her with passionate care during her final days. In lieu of other tributes, the family requests memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Society, or the William Osler Hospital Foundation. Interment of cremated remains followed by a private family service will be held at a later date.
