Bipen Dayal Kakkar

Bipen Dayal Kakkar passed away peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on February 20, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on September 7, 1941, in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India, to the late Bishambhar and Swaroop Rani. Bipen was married to Indra Kakkar for 60 years and was a loving father to Manisha (Harsh), Vanita (Andy), and Anita (Rajan). He was a loving grandfather to Shreya (Gaurav), Anish, Devin (Victoria), Serena (Tyler), Vishal, Naveen, Keshiv, Karishma, and Aaryan. Bipen was predeceased by seven siblings and is survived by Munish (Sangeeta) and Shobha (late General Vijay Kapoor), as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. Donations in Bipen's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
