Alec Callahan

Alec Callahan of Brampton, Ontario, passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on July 23, 1937, Alec is fondly remembered by his family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Larry and Effie; his siblings, Wilson, Lawrence, Loretta, and Dorothy; his son Larry; his granddaughter Leanne; and his great-grandchild Selina. Alec is survived by his beloved wife Marjorie, his siblings David (Marion), Eric, Melvin, Margaret, Jean, and Eileen (Hugh), as well as his children Judy (Clifford), Tony (Dianne), Cindy (Lloyd), Todd (Berta), Colleen (Brian), Tammy (Harvey), and Craig (Sheila). He leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, and friends. Viewing will take place on September 24, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and burial from 12:15 PM to 2:45 PM at Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery.
