Lexi Ann Catherine Simms of Bradford, Ontario, passed away on June 20, 2026. She was loved and cherished by her parents, Lyndsey Simms and Jeremey Simms; her brother Jackson; her grandparents, Ann Green, Chris Parfitt, Cathy and Roy Simms; and her aunts and uncles, Neil Parfitt, Alisha Rushton, Nicole Bateman, Josh and Dawn Ireton. She was also cherished by her extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 10th, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the same location. In Lexi's memory, donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation.
