Jeffrey James Powis

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey James Powis of Bradford, Ontario, who left us on September 19, 2026, at the age of 51. Born on August 14, 1975, in Newmarket, Ontario, Jeffrey is remembered for the joy he brought to those around him. He was predeceased by his brother, Michael Vanderlinde (Heather Vanderlinde). Jeffrey is survived by his brother Paul Berry (Karen Berry), his mother Sharon, his significant other Roddie Saunders, and his beloved pet Molly. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Mikey and Ben, as well as numerous in-laws, cousins, and cherished friends and coworkers. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bradford Community Hub, located at 177 Church St, Bradford, ON L3Z2A9. In Jeffrey's honor, attendees are encouraged to bring food or toiletry donations for the Helping Hand Food Bank.
