Donald George James Wood passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on October 23, 1940, he is survived by his wife Madge Wood, daughters Heather and Jennifer, grandchildren David and Kaitlyn, brother Laurie, sister-in-law Rosemary, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Albert Wood and Sarah Wood. A celebration of life will be held at St. John's Presbyterian Church on September 26, 2026. In his memory, donations may be made to Parkinson Canada, the Canadian Lewy Body Dementia Research Fund, or a charity of choice.
