Glen is survived by his significant other, Deb; his son, Connor; his daughter-in-law, Ashley; his mother, Norma; his brother, Steve; his sister-in-law, Sandra; his niece, Samantha (Evan); his nephew, Dan (Alyssa); and his sons, Tom, Kurtis (Cindy), Harlan, and Jaxon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Glen's memory to Andy's House Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
