Terrance William Kelsey, a native of Kingston, Ontario, died on August 12, 2026, at the age of 82. He was a resident of Bowmanville, Ontario. He is survived by his wife, Dorene; his children Ian (married to Cyndee), Erin (married to Bruce Wilkins) and Owen (married to Krista), as well as his grandchildren and siblings. A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Enniskillen Tyrone United Church, 2702 Concession Rd 7, Bowmanville, ON L1C3K6.
