Shirley Collins

Shirley Collins of Bowmanville, Ontario, passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 93. She is survived by her daughters, Deb (Bill Sikora), Bren (Steve Jones), and Shell (Dan Hayhurst), along with her grandchildren Adam (Vanessa), Steph (Paul), Sam (Kayla), Dave (Ireland), Tom (Taylor), Reilly (Larri), Emily (Nic), Nicky, and Abby, and great-grandchildren Julianne, Olivia, Isabelle, Emilia, Harrison, and Elye. Shirley is also remembered by her brother Don (Heather), brothers and sisters-in-law Jim, Jerry, Charlotte, and Catherine, as well as her late husband Bill, late sisters Sandra, Sharon, and Sheila, and her parents Don and Mary Snow. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, both at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home. A reception will follow from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marigold Hospice Care in Newcastle, Ontario.
