Peter Vermeulen

Peter Vermeulen, a resident of Bowmanville, Ontario, was born on February 15, 1929, and died on August 18, 2026, at the age of 97. He was predeceased by his son Ron and by Arnold. He is survived by his wife Jennie and his sister Ena (John). Visitation took place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Rehoboth Christian Reformed Church, 130 Scugog Street, Clarington, ON L1C3J6. A funeral service was held the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the same church, located at 130 Scugog Street, Bowmanville, ON L1C3J7, followed by burial at Bowmanville Cemetery, 1330 Haines Street, Bowmanville, ON L0B, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gate 3:16 Outreach Center, 300 Court Street, Oshawa.
