John Zoelman

John Zoelman, born on April 9, 1938, passed away on October 12, 2026. He is survived by his wife Magda; his children, Lisa (Henk) and David (Rose); his grandchildren, Christopher (Samantha), Timothy (Daniel), Nicholas, Victoria (Alan), Madeline (Mikael), and Naomi; and his great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Leah, Laura, Mason, Jordyn, Grace, and Alexander. John was predeceased by his son Dennis (Helen). Visitation took place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, located at 53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8. A funeral service was conducted on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 127 Liberty St S, Bowmanville, ON L1C2P5. Following the service, a reception was held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at St. Francis of Assisi, 214 King Ave E, Newcastle, ON L1B1H5. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Marigold Hospice in memory of John.
