Douglas Woods, born on January 10, 1946, passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 80. He is survived by his beloved wife, Muriel, and their children, Sara (Brad) and Judd (Marissa), along with his cherished grandchildren, Thurston, Bea, and Huxley. Douglas was predeceased by his parents, Nora and Gordon (Sally). Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, located at 53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8. A celebration of life will follow from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, with a reception from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
