William (Bill) HARRISON

William (Bill) Harrison passed away peacefully at Hospice Quinte on July 2, 2026, at the age of 78. He was a devoted father to Katie King-Harrison (Joe) and a proud grandfather to Emerson and Dawson, whom he cherished deeply. Bill is remembered fondly by his dear friend Bonnie King, the mother of their daughter. He was the son of the late Osborne and Florence Harrison and is survived by his siblings: John Harrison (Carol), Gail Lightowler, Charles Harrison (Jeannie), Kip Harrison (Cheryl), Sarah Kangas, Richard Harrison (LouAnne), Nancy Padfield, and Wayne Harrison (Nancy). He was predeceased by his sisters Sandy Raycroft and Marion Morrison. The family expresses gratitude to the staff at Belleville General Hospital, Kingston General Hospital, and the caregivers who provided support at home, especially the team at Hospice Quinte for their compassionate care. A graveside service will take place at Glenwood Cemetery in Picton on July 10, 2026, at 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at Elks Lodge Hall from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Memorial donations to Hospice Quinte are welcomed in Bill's memory.
