Mary Patricia Johnston

Mary Patricia Johnston of Belleville, Ontario, passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on October 31, 1940, she was surrounded by family, friends, and community throughout her life. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Graham Armstrong and Marie Armstrong (Keough); her brothers, Kenneth Armstrong (Colleen) and Murray Armstrong (Lori); her son David Ashton (Marylynn); and her grandson Mark Davis. She is survived by her sisters, Jacqueline Burt (Tom) and Theresa Ashford (Terry); her children, Anne Davis (Edward) and Christopher Ashton (Denise); and her grandchildren, Tonya Kopp (Brandon), Sean Ashton, Jaime Whitney (Matt), Brent Ashton, Michael Davis (Ashlee), Nichole Ashton (Shoval), Nicholas Davis, and Brooke Ashton. Additionally, she is survived by seven great-grandchildren. Donations may be made to Carleton Manor.
