She was predeceased by her parents, Adam and Edith Chalmers (Tweddle), and her brother Bobby Chalmers (Ginny). Heather is survived by her husband, Richard Conley, her daughter, Rebecca Sagriff, and her siblings: Billy Chalmers (Linda), Betty Robinson (John), Barbara Chalmers-Dunning (Brian), Jim Chalmers (Sue), Berta McLaughlin (Allen), Margaret Weber (Mark), and Gord Chalmers (Shiela). The family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Belleville General Hospital in her memory.
