Eleanor Verner

Eleanor Verner, of Belleville, Ontario, passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on October 30, 1941, she was predeceased by her parents, George Alvin Teskey and Mabel, her husband Donald Verner, her son Tom, and her siblings Jim and Leona. Eleanor is survived by her children: Mike (Kelly), Kimberley Ostroskie (Philip), Rachelle Verner-Cain (Gerry), Greg Verner (Shane), and Vicky Verner (late Rick Wight). She also leaves behind her sisters Barbara (late Jim), Charmaine (late Gerry), Norma (Harry), and Elaine. Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM at Rushnell Funeral Homes, Belleville. A burial will occur on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Cherry Valley Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of HPE are appreciated.
