Charles Philip Bowerman passed away in Belleville, Ontario, on September 30, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on April 21, 1953, in Toronto, Ontario, Charles is remembered by all who knew him. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Violet, and his sister, Debbie Bender. He is survived by his sister, Vianne Ninness, as well as his extended family and lifelong friends. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Steve Forester Lounge. Memorial donations in Phil's memory may be made to the Belleville Theatre Guild, Theatre in the Wings, or an animal rescue of your choice.
