Burton Carter, born July 16, 1950, died in Belleville, Ontario on July 21, 2026, at the age of 76. He was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Phyllis Carter, and his brother, Clinton. He is survived by his wife, Pam; his children, Chad (married to Becky), Stacey (married to Bob), and Brad (married to Kylee); his sister, Lorraine (married to Martin); and his grandchildren, Cale and Nicholas.
