Barbara Ann (Woodcock) MULVIHILL

Barbara Ann Mulvihill (nee Woodcock) passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on August 4, 2026, at the age of 83. She was the devoted wife of the late John Mulvihill and a cherished mother to Frances Morrison (Jim Sinclair) of Oshawa. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Deanna, Paige, Matt, and Andrew. She was a beloved sister to Beverly Woodcock of Kingston and Kathy Chalk of Madoc. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Madeline Woodcock, two siblings in infancy, and nephews Grant and Glenn Sutherland. Cremation has been entrusted to Steele Funeral Home in Belleville. A Memorial Service will be held at the Frankford Free Methodist Church on September 18 at 1 p.m., with a reception to follow at the Frankford Legion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
