Barbara Ann Thompson

Barbara Ann Thompson, a resident of Belleville, Ontario, was born on October 17, 1940, and passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by her parents, Milo and Laurena VanVolkenburg, and her husband, Melville Thompson. Barbara is survived by her children, Melanie, Brian (Rhonda), and Sheri, as well as her grandchildren, Bradley (Becky) and Brittany (Ryan Jones), and her great-grandchildren, Endrea, Avery, Cooper, and Hadley. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rushnell Funeral Homes, located at 80 Highland Ave, Belleville, ON K8P3R4. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to The Children's Foundation, which supports children and youth in the Belleville area.
