DOUGLAS JAMES RHODES

Douglas James Rhodes passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 63. He was a beloved partner of Sharon Deschamps for over 26 years, a father of Thomas, and a dear brother of Kim, Sandy, Judy, and predeceased by Rhonda and Alan. He was also a dear son-in-law of Mary Flynn and brother-in-law of Jackie. Douglas will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews, extended family, and many friends. He was a respected contractor and enjoyed golf, watching football, and spending time with pets and animals. Friends are invited to join his family at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel on March 7, 2026, for the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by Sharon.
