John (Jack) Houser CORNELIUS
John (Jack) Houser Cornelius passed away peacefully on May 16, 2026, at the age of 96, after a short illness. Born on July 16, 1929, in Toronto, Ontario, to Hubert and Leetha (Hauser) Cornelius, he spent his entire life in Beamsville. He was educated at trade school, completing his trade diploma in plumbing, and joined his father at H. Cornelius & Sons Plumbing and Heating, continuing his career in the family business until retirement. John enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors, and loved spending time at the family cottage on Horn Lake. His greatest joy was his family. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy, and his brothers, Bruce and David (Joyce). John is survived by his three children, Robert (Joan), Richard, and Lisa, and his two grandchildren, Joel and Lauren. The family will receive friends at the Fireside Room of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St., Vineland, on Sunday, May 24, between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated.
