Carol-Ann Blackburn, born on November 24, 1944, passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 81. She is survived by her sons, Eric Normandin (Jennifer), Ward Normandin (Maria Derks), and Tate Normandin (Jen Schwantz), along with her grandchildren, Sophie, Mattheus, Ian, Trent, and Louise.
