Rita Colella

Rita Colella of Barrie, Ontario, passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on January 1, 1950, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Rita was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Pearl. She is survived by her husband, Vito; her children, Nadia and Jonathan; her children-in-law, Michael and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Jarren, Michaela, and Jacen; as well as her siblings, Sheila, Barbara, and Martin. Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home, located at 445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5. A memorial gathering will follow from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gathering Innisvale Cemetery, 7551 5th Side Rd, Innisfil, ON L9S3S1. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
