Muriel Irene Scott

Muriel Irene Scott of Barrie, Ontario, died on July 21, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born on March 26, 1934. Muriel was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Ontario, and by her siblings Mary Speare, Mildred Smith, Edward Corner and Alfred Corner. She is survived by her daughters Sandra Firman of Temagami, Nancy Scott of Gravenhurst and Rhonda Mackenzie of Parry Sound; her grandchildren Matthew Firman, Laura Sherwood, Lisa Zwarych, Sam Smallwood and Jesse Mackenzie; her great‑grandchildren Logan Alexander, Thoren Zwarych and Zachary Sherwood; her sisters Marjorie Cole, Wendy Gould and Eleanor McDowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
