Leonard Daniel Robert King

Leonard Daniel Robert King of Barrie, Ontario, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre after a battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was predeceased by his grandson Nathan Trimmer and his brothers, Clarence and Carson King. Leonard is survived by his beloved wife Linda and their children: Kevin King of North Bay, Kimberley Jury (Glenn) of Barrie, Julieanne Trimmer (late Brian), and Jeffrey King (Lori) of Blackfalds, Alberta. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Victoria, Natasha, Jessica (Thomas Charbonneau), Tara, Kenton, Emma, and Jaxson King, as well as his siblings Rieta Harper (late Bob), Ruby Thornton (Laurel), Raymond King (Elaine), Valerie Chadbourne (David), and Adam King. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Paul Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM and burial at Nipissing Cemetery.
