Judy Kaveckas

The family announces the passing of Judy Kaveckas of Barrie, Ontario, on September 27, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on April 25, 1956, Judy was a beloved figure who shared many meaningful moments and relationships throughout her life. She is survived by her parents, Jack Nanos and Dolly Nanos; her brother Ralph Nanos; her husband George Kaveckas; her sons, Eric (Cathy Fu) and Mark (Morgan Ramsay); and her grandchildren, Jack and Logan. Judy was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Simcoe. Judy's memory will continue to bring comfort to all who knew her, as they reflect on the joy and positive influence she had in their lives.
