Gordon Baker (Gordie)

Gordon Baker, also known as Gordie, passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 94, at Woods Park Care Centre in Barrie, Ontario. Born in the village of Mayfield in East Sussex, England, Gordon immigrated to Canada with his parents and younger brother in 1947. He was predeceased by his father, James; mother, Rosie; and brother, Brian. Gordon is survived by his nephew, James Ward Baker of Port Alberni, British Columbia, and James's two children, Brenna and Alexander. He will be remembered for his kind, gentle spirit and enthusiasm for making memories with family and friends.
