Garry Albert Greenside

The family of Garry Albert Greenside of Barrie, Ontario, announces his passing on September 14, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on September 21, 1940, Garry is remembered fondly by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley, and is survived by his son, Craig, daughter-in-law, Lisa, grandchildren, Taylor and Connor, and siblings, Doreen, George, and Helen, along with extended family and friends. Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, located at 30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM, followed by a reception from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
