Emmy Catoen

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emmy Catoen of Barrie, Ontario, who departed this life on October 3, 2026, at the age of 93. Emmy is survived by her beloved husband, Peter, and her children, Bruce and Marsha. She was a cherished grandmother to Ryan (Saloni), Mitchell (Alessa), Megan, David, and Cameron. Emmy also leaves behind her beloved pets, Ming, Tippy, and Siamese. Her kindness and warmth touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered fondly by family, friends, and colleagues. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Southlake Health Foundation in memory of Emmy. A memorial page is available for those wishing to leave a message of sympathy.
