Doris Elizabeth Cook

Doris Elizabeth Cook passed away on September 21, 2026, in Barrie, Ontario. She is remembered fondly by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Doris was predeceased by her son Wayne, as well as her siblings Keith (late Annette), Marshall (late Charmine), Beulah (late Arthur), and sister-in-law Marilyn Bachly (late David). She is survived by her husband Robert Murray Cook and her children Marlene (Herman), Debbie (Gary), Wendy (Bob), and Chris (Julie). Doris also leaves behind her grandchildren Kim (Tim), Rob (Andrea), Carrie, Pam, Christa (Andrew), Richard (Cate), and Jodi (Julian), along with her great-grandchildren Jacob (Rachel), Benjamin (Leah), Joshua (Olivia), Jordyn (Dorian), Brookelynn, Brianna, Jack, and Elodie, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Rod Abrams Funeral Home, located at 1666 Tottenham Rd, Tottenham, ON L0G1W0.
