Darcy Coburn John Beier of Barrie, Ontario passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 60. He was born on February 19, 1966. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Beier (Van Every); his children, Jesse and Katelyn; his mother‑in‑law, Norma Williamson; his sister, Della Berg (Ken Berg); and his brothers‑in‑law, Dan Van Every (Sharon Bradley) and Dwayne Van Every, as well as other nephews and nieces. Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Basic Funerals and Cremation (152 Bradford St, Barrie, ON L4N3B5). A funeral service followed at 11:00 a.m. at the Basic Funerals and Cremation Choices Jennett Memorial Centre, same address, with a reception at 12:00 p.m. at the same location.
