Anneliese Ruth (Anne) PYNENBURG

Anneliese Ruth Pynenburg, also known as Anne, of Aylmer and formerly of Niagara-on-the-Lake, passed away peacefully at Sakura House on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the age of 71. Born in Eschwege, Germany on May 24, 1954, she was the loving mother of Rachel Goulet of Grimsby, Mark Pynenburg and his wife Jeannine Cloutier of Ottawa, Melissa Hoffer and her husband Keith of Aylmer, and Tara Bredin and her husband Andy of Niagara Falls. She was the adoring Oma of Carter, Luke, Jonah, Keiran, Elliot, Eliese, Grace, James, and Jack. Anne was the daughter of the late Hans and Katherine Reuffurth Roessler and sister to Klaus Roessler and his wife Laura, and Christa Galbraith and her husband Andrew. The family will receive friends at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home in Aylmer on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sakura House Hospice in Woodstock or Fresh Start St Thomas are appreciated.
