Alan George Wildeman

Alan George Wildeman, born on August 1, 1953, in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, passed away on June 16, 2026, at the age of 72. He was a dedicated educator, researcher, and administrator, serving as Vice President, Research at the University of Guelph and President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Windsor. Alan was also a board chair and vice chair of various health alliances and hospitals, and received numerous awards for his work. He is survived by his wife, Debra.
