Patrick Henry Dawson (Pat (Patty))

Robert Patrick Henry Dawson, beloved father, stepfather, grandfather, great-grandfather, husband, brother, uncle, cousin, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024, at the Southlake Long Term Care Centre in Newmarket, Ontario, at the age of 77. Born on June 16, 1947, in Montreal, Quebec, Patrick was the cherished son of Lillian and Henry Dawson, who predeceased him. He is predeceased by his wives, Jennifer Dawson and Mary-Ann Dawson. Patrick is survived by his devoted wife, Gwen McGenerty, his brother, Michael Dawson, children: Tamara Dawson, Julie Baird, and Matthew Dawson, as well as stepchildren, Tracy Smith and Shaun McGenerty. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Shelby, Brayden, Taryn, Everett, Avery, Leyton, Micah, and Aria, and his great-grandchild, Peyton. A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on January 25, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 254 Corner Ridge Rd, Aurora, Ontario.
