John Arthur Brooks

John Arthur Brooks of Aurora, Ontario, passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on September 22, 1938, John was surrounded by family, friends, and community throughout his life. He was predeceased by his parents, Lena Tristram Brooks and James Henry Brooks, as well as his siblings, Margaret Ford and Ronald Brooks. John is survived by his children, Jon Brooks and Noreen Ann Robbins; his granddaughter, Madeline Brooks Robbins; his sisters, Rosemary Scott and Barbara Connor; his children-in-law, Sandra Gayle Alves and David Andrew Robbins; and his brothers-in-law, Derek Scott and Thomas Connor. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the King City Arena & Community Centre Great Hall, located at 25 Doctors Ln, King City, ON L7B1G2. The family requests that donations be made in Jack's memory to the PSP Society of Canada.
