Walter David ESAU

Walter David Esau passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on January 30, 1943, in Gem, Alberta, to John and Agatha Esau, Walt spent most of his life in St. Catharines, Ontario. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Maggie, and their three children, Jan Adams, Darren, and Chris. Walt had a distinguished 45-year career at General Motors, where he worked as a toolmaker and later took on supervisory roles. He was deeply involved in his church community, serving in various roles, including board member and Sunday School teacher. In retirement, Walt dedicated his time to driving cancer patients to appointments and supporting children's visits with their biological parents. He will be deeply missed by his family and those whose lives he touched through his selfless service and unwavering commitment to his faith.
