Philip Henry CARROLL

Philip H. Carroll passed away peacefully at Shaver Hospital on July 26, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline Besson Carroll, and was the cherished younger son of Richard Carroll and Isabella Quarry. Philip is also survived by his siblings, Marion Carroll Wyant, Richard Carroll, and James Carroll, as well as his nieces, nephews, and their friends, who affectionately knew him as Uncle Phil. He will be lovingly remembered by the extended Besson family in Quebec and many dear friends and neighbours. Philip had a lengthy career as a teacher and vice principal in Lincoln County, specializing in science and geography. He enjoyed travelling, gardening, and genealogy research. The family will receive friends at George Darte Funeral Home on Saturday, September 19th, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. If desired, charitable donations may be made to benefit children in need.
