Mary Williston

It is with sadness that the passing of Mary Williston of Chatham, Ontario, is announced. Mary passed away on October 18, 2026. She was loved by many, including her parents, Earl Stinson and Maggie May Stinson; her husband, Phil; her children, Craig, Scott (Helen), and Cindy McColeman (Darrell); her grandchildren, Jessica Osborne (Chris), Stephanie (Patrick), Shannon (Mladen), Phil (Adrienne), Jennifer Crawford (Mark), Colin McColeman (Kate), Matt McColeman, Kim Sherman (Ryan), and Dave Sherman; her great-grandchildren, Christopher (Tori), Jesondra (Micah), Tristen, Stephan, Sebastien, Everly-Jayde, Georgia, Luka, and Henry; her great-great-grandchildren, Harlow, Winnie, Oakley, and Wesley; and her siblings-in-law, Janet (late Bob), Tammy Williston (late Wayne), Betty, and Bob Swatuk. Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, located at 245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J9. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Maple City Baptist Church, located at 501 Indian Creek Rd W, Chatham, ON. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the W.I.S.H. Centre or the Chatham Goodfellows.
