Louise McDERMOTT

Louise McDermott, a resident of St. Catharines, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, at Extendicare, at the age of 80. Born on July 11, 1945, Louise was the eldest daughter of Donald and Elsie Male. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald Male and Elsie Male. Louise will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tara; her grandchildren, Christopher and Ashlyn; and her great-grandchildren, Kael, Karter, Kasen, Deacon, and Aspen. She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Mary Anne; brother-in-law, Brian; niece, Suzie; nephew, Steven; great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson, Lucas, Abby, Ella, and Sophie; as well as many cousins, extended family members, and friends. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Extendicare for the care and compassion shown to Louise throughout her stay.
