Lee James ANDERSON

Lee James Anderson passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 57. He was the son of Joan (Lawrenson) Anderson and the late Robert William Anderson, who passed away on December 16, 2011. Lee is also survived by his brother and brother-in-law, Jay Anderson, and his sister-in-law, Jackie Pries. He will be greatly missed by his aunts and uncles, Joyce and Rhoney Gordon, and June and Don Grahame. Lee was predeceased by his uncle and aunt, Jim and Norma Lawrenson. He is also survived by his cousins, Kevin (Leah) Gordon, Bradley (Erin) Gordon, Jimmy, Mark, and Jason Lawrenson, Jeanette Grahame (Miles), Ellya, and Michael (Jen) Grahame. Additionally, he will be missed by his pet, Ginger. Lee graduated from Georgetown District High School and went on to graduate from York University with honours in Fine Arts and Photography. He later graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Interior Architectural Design and also achieved Grade seven Piano from the Ontario Royal Conservatory of Music. In his free time, Lee enjoyed traveling, including a trip across Europe, and had a great love of animals, often taking in stray cats. A cremation will be held at George Dart Funeral Home in St. Catharines. A celebration of Lee's life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue organization in your area.
