Josephine was predeceased by her parents, Samuel Polych and Christine Polych; her husband, John; and her daughter, Jackie. She is survived by her son, Ken (Angela); her grandchildren, Shawn (Rose), Alex (Trish), Adam (Rhianon), and Alyssa; her great-grandchildren, Riley, Emersyn, Findley, and Sophie; her nieces, Kristine (Bob) and Heather (Dwight); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brendon and Kristin (Sophie). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
